Interested in becoming a Wildwood Catholic cheerleader for the 2024-2025 basketball season? We welcome everyone to join, no experience needed, only commitment.
1st step to register for the team is to fill out the form using the link.
2nd step is to attend one of our in-person registrations.
Registration is for everyone whether you are new to the team or not. Registration is a chance to review the rules of the squad, meet others and gather information to help you make a decision in whether this team is for you. Parents are encouraged to attend as well.
Attendance at registration is for accountability purposes. If a cheerleader cannot make either date and would like to send a parent in their place, that is acceptable as well. I do not add students to the team based off of hearsay. There must be open communication if a cheerleader and/or parent cannot attend either registration.
We hold registration in spring due to mandatory summer camp (held locally). Dates TBD. No current WCA student will be permitted to join in the fall if they skip camp. This rule is in place due to camp being strenuous so naturally most would want to skip it and join afterwards.
Please share with anyone who may be interested so they don't miss their opportunity. If you decide after registration that you are no longer interested, there are no hard feelings, and you can easily leave the team.
