SHADOW A STUDENT
Shadow a WCA student and "Live Like A Crusader" for the day! Visit will include: classroom experiences, lunch, and time with our faculty, students and administrators. We ask parents to check in with your student at 7:50am and to return at 2pm for pick up.

TRANSFER STUDENTS
Please email Linda McBride to set up an appointment to visit the school and begin the application process. The admissions department will review transfer applications after the admissions appointment and once all supporting documentation has been received. The student must remain enrolled at their current school until they are officially notified of their acceptance by the Admissions Department.

SCHOLARSHIP/PLACEMENT TEST
Saturday, November 4
8am
Test results are used to help students be placed into the appropriate level of classes (college-prep or honors) and scholarships are awarded to top placing students.

CRUSADER FOR A DAY
Friday, November 10
8:45am-12pm
A group visit day at WCA for 7th and 8th grade students.

Lower Division (PreK-Grade 8)
1st Child: $5,800 2nd Child: $4,640 3rd Child: $4,060

Upper Division (Grades 9-12)
1st Child: $9,950 2nd Child: $8,950  

Wildwood Catholic Academy appreciates that tuition payments may be a financial hardship for some families. There is financial aid available on a need basis. Financial awards are recalculated every year. An independent company, FACTS, prepares an analysis for us on a family’s ability to pay and this serves as a basis for awards. Any family seeking financial assistance MUST go through the FACTS application. No aid can be awarded without a completed FACTS analysis.

All families are expected to register with FACTS for automatic payments with the exception of those who pay in one or two payments: in full by August 15, or half in August and half in January. Payments may be made at the school or through FACTS.
