Thespian Troupe 8938 participated in the New Jersey Thespian Competition this past weekend. A special congratulations to Joanna McShaffry for placing superior for musical theatre solo, Trina Frey, superior for musical theatre solo, and Liv Belasco, superior for tech: theatre marketing who is one of two winners for the 2022 Arts Education Advocacy Democracy Works Essay Contest sponsored by New Jersey Thespian. Students who placed at the superior level qualify for nationals, competing against thousands of theatre students across the United States this summer. Thank you to our WCA Thespian Board members for helping to ensure this weekend was organized and so much fun!
