Morgan Burkhardt (2016) started her master's program through The Culinary Institute of America (CIA) in September of 2021 while working her full-time job as a pastry chef at The Sanctuary Hotel at Kiawah Island Golf Resort in Kiawah, South Carolina. It’s a two-year program done mostly online but last September she went to Napa Valley to start the program then in June of 2022 she goes back to CIA in New York for "Menus of Change" then August of 2023 she graduates from CIA in New York.
