Best of luck to the cast and crew of The Little Mermaid Jr.!!!! Please come and support the WCA theater program. Performance dates are today, Thursday 4/7 and Friday, 4/8 at 7PM and Saturday 4/9 at 2 PM. Tickets are $10 for students and $12 for adults.
Third quarter report cards will be visible via RenWeb this Friday, April 8th.
Lastly, I am happy to announce that spring dress code can start when we get back from break on Monday, April 25, 2022.
SCHOOL UNIFORM
Girls
* Girls in grades kindergarten through 5 wear the plaid jumper of appropriate length with a blue Peter Pan collared blouse (long or short sleeves). Plain navy knee socks or tights are to be worn in an appropriate manner. Navy socks with pants. Uniform sweaters are optional, but if a student chooses to wear a sweater it must be the navy cardigan or v-neck pullover uniform sweater.
An optional summer uniform is a navy skort with a blue golf shirt.
* Girls in grades 6, 7, and 8 wear a plaid skort of appropriate length or navy flat front slacks with a blue button-down collared blouse (long or short sleeves). Plain navy tights are to be worn in an appropriate
manner with the skort and navy socks with the slacks. Uniform sweaters are optional but recommended due to temperature differences in classrooms. If a student chooses to wear a sweater it must be the navy cardigan. A blue or white golf shirt is optional as a summer uniform. Skorts and sweaters must be purchased at Flynn O’Hara.
All girls’ hair is to be neat and well-groomed; extreme styles are to be avoided. One pair of small, pierced earrings is permitted. No make-up, nail polish, acrylic, or press-on nails, and/or expensive jewelry is to be worn. No wrist jewelry is permitted except for a watch.
Boys
* Boys in grades kindergarten through 5 wear navy pants with a long or short sleeve white or blue golf shirt. Navy socks worn in an appropriate manner are required. A navy cardigan or sweater vest is optional. Boys have the option of wearing navy shorts during summer uniform days.
* Boys in grades 6, 7 and 8 wear khaki colored pants with a brown or black belt, a blue oxford shirt (long or short sleeves), a uniform tie, and plain tan or navy socks. A blue pullover or sweater vest is optional. Boys have the option of wearing khaki shorts with a blue golf shirt during summer uniform days.
Boys’ hair is to be neat and well groomed. Extreme styles are to be avoided. Hair is not to be below the shirt collar.
Gym Uniform
* All students in grades PK3 through 8 wear a gym uniform of a navy T-shirt and plain gray shorts during the spring on their physical education day. A navy sweatshirt and gray pants is to be worn during the winter uniform months. No yoga pants. Sneakers are parents’ choice.
