WCA’s Theater Club’s Trunk or Treat
Don’t miss out on WCA’s Theater Club’s Trunk or Treat next week- Saturday, October 22 from 12:30-2:30. After the Trunk or Treat please make your way inside for the WCAs production of The Addams Family. Tickets are on sale now!!!! Show dates are Friday, 10/21 at 9pm, Saturday, 10/22 at 3pm and Sunday, 10/23 at 7pm. Students in grades 1-8 will have a sneak peek next week during school.
Hispanic Heritage Month
This week we celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month. Thank you to Father Cesar for the beautiful prayer service and treat on Wednesday. The students got to learn about many different Hispanic countries like Colombia, Argentina, Peru and Mexico just to name a few. They were introduced to Hispanic Saints and famous people. A special THANK YOU to our first grader Camila and her family for the donation of the Mexican candy and drink. The students LOVED it!!!!!
North Wildwood Fire Department
Another Thank you to the North Wildwood Fire Department for coming out to visit our students in grades PreK3-2nd today. This is a good reminder to talk to you children about fire safety and check the batteries in your smoke alarms.
Dress Down Day for Haiti
Tomorrow we will end our very busy week with a dress down day for Haiti. Please bring in a school supply to donate. There is no theme for tomorrow's dress down day.
Celebrate Mary Through the Month of October
We continue to celebrate Mary through the month of October. Last Friday we celebrated The Feast of Our Lady of the Rosary. Thank you to Father Mazz for the special rosaries that each student received. We will continue to come together every Friday in October to pray a decade of the rosary. I encourage you to do the same at home.
