Supper with Santa

Supper with Santa is upon us!

We look forward to our traditional Christmas event with all of the children! We hope you will participate and attend!

Here is an outline of what to expect:

  • Event to take place at Wildwood Catholic Academy on Sunday December 4th from 2-6pm.
  • Delicious homemade pasta and meatball dinner from Duffinetti’s Restaurant with bread and salad included, from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. WE ARE OFFERING DINE IN AND TAKEOUT DINNER THIS YEAR. $15/ADULTS $10/KIDS. PAY BY CASH, CHECK OR VENMO! @ WCAPTA
  • Crowd favorite- 15 themed baskets raffled off, created by our own parents! All baskets will be on display in the gym during the event. We will draw the winning tickets live beginning @5:00pm at the event! Tickets can be purchased at event. 20 tickets for $10.
  • 50/50!! Chances will be sold to win cash just in time for Christmas!!
  • Sip and Shop- Hawk Haven Wine will be available for purchase during the event! Stop in the cafeteria for a glass.
  • Magic Show- 2:30-3:00 professionally performed by The Masters of Magic and Fun! FREE!
  • Balloon Art- 3-5pm-professionally trained balloon artist will twist a variety of shapes for the kids. FREE!
  • Photos with Santa Claus, located in our Winter Wonderland in the Auditorium 3:00-5:00pm. FREE!
  • Games/Crafts kids will be able to participate in carnival style games and Christmas crafts 2-6:00pm. ($1 EACH)
  • Christmas Market with Local Small Businesses- Support Local Small Business Owners in our Vendor Square.
  • Unwrapped toys will be collected for The Lunch with Lynch Foundation. Please bring an unwrapped toy and place it under the tree in the cafeteria upon arrival.

 

We would appreciate your help with the following:

  1. Send in $20 (per family) for the classroom baskets by 11/21. We accept Cash/check payable to WCA PTA or Venmo us @WCAPTA.
  2. Volunteer to help the Room Parents make your classroom basket Each class prek-3-12th is asked to create a themed basket. Please email your theme to Nikki Carr by 11/20, click here to email.
  3. Classroom Baskets will be due in the school by December 2nd. Please deliver to the main offices.
  4. Volunteer to help at Supper with Santa using the link in the Weekly Wrap, an invitation will also be sent out from our Signup.com site. We are looking for help in the kitchen, set up, the gym, crafts/games attendants, Santa, and clean up!
  5. Donate a drink item: Juice Boxes (preK-2ND), Water (3rd-5TH), Coke/Pepsi (6TH -8th), Sprite (9th-10th), Diet Coke/Pepsi (11th-12th)

Drop drink items in the Cafeteria along the 15th Avenue wall under windows.

No later than 12/2.
