Island Rivalry, Saturday, February 3: The Island Rivalry basketball games returned for a one-day event held at Wildwood High School. Thank you to WHS Athletic Director Steve Lerch and the administration and staff for hosting a great day of basketball.
Middle School: Our middle school teams opened the day with games in the morning. The Girls' Varsity team took the win while our boys came up short.
High School: The JV Boys played at 3pm, our Varsity Girls played at 5pm, and the Varsity Boys played at 7pm. Our cheerleaders were also in attendance and kept the energy high throughout the night and did an awesome job on their routine.
It's been about 10 years since these teams have faced off in sports so it was extra exciting to see them together again on the court. All three games were competitive and nail-biters, but Wildwood Catholic came out on top to win all three. We are so happy to have this tradition back!

Girls Basketball and Cheer Senior Night
Thursday, February 1 was Senior Night for our Girls’ Basketball Team! Congratulations to Eliott McCabe, Kaci Mikulski, Ava Vogdes, and Destiny Wallace. We know what these four have accomplished on the court is nothing less than outstanding!
Thursday, February 1 was Senior Night for our Wildwood Catholic Cheerleaders! Congratulations to Jaime Bogle, Mia Dougherty, Chloe Harkins, Angela Teng, and Lilia Vasti. We are beyond proud of these girls and their accomplishments.
8th Grade Boys Basketball Celebration
On Wednesday, February 7 we celebrated our 8th Grade Boys Basketball student-athletes. Congratulations to Will, Charlie, Theo, Joey, and Bohdan on a great season! We are so proud of your hard work and leadership throughout your grammar school careers.
Breast Cancer Awareness
On Wednesday, February 7 we dressed in pink to raise money for Breast Cancer Awareness.
Our Lady of the Angels Thankful for Donation
Our Lady of the Angels sends a huge "Thank You" to Wildwood Catholic Academy who donated 73 Boxes of cereal to our food pantry last week.
