This week we held our first school-wide mass at St. Ann’s Church. Mass was followed by our Student Council Induction Ceremony. Our community truly shines when we can bring everyone together to strengthen their faith and love for Christ. Congratulations to all of the student council inductees.

Boys Soccer and the Cross Country Teams Recognize Senior Athletes

Wildwood Catholic Academy honored our two senior runners on the Cross Country Team on
Tuesday, October 1. The two seniors honored are LJ Belasco and Kory Lafferty. LJ Belasco ran very well, while Kory perhaps had his best efforts this season. As a team they all ran hard, with the girls winning both team races. The team looks to grab the conference championship next week at Pleasantville.

Wildwood Catholic Academy honored the seniors on the boys soccer team on Thursday, September 26. The seven seniors that were honored are Chase Adams, Keynan Alston, Jack Cavenas, Chase Critchfield, Gonzalo Gonzalez, Christian Sorensen, and Teddy Woolery. The team hosted Lower Cape May Regional in a their second match up this season. In their first game they defeated the Caper Tigers 7-0. This match was a closer with both teams having a couple more games under their belt. The Crusaders came out victorious with a 3-0 and currently sit atop the CAL United Conference.

COLLEGE FAIR

Students Meet College Representatives During Annual College Fair

The Annual Wildwood Catholic Academy College Fair was held on September 26 in the gym. Students in 9th through 12th grades along with their parents had the opportunity to learn about 35 colleges, universities, and trade schools. Students were able to speak one-on-one with college representatives and heard about academics, sports, and other college opportunities.

Volunteers Brighten Day

Students from Wildwood Catholic Academy provide a helping hand and a smile to Lazarus House during their time volunteering. Above are Petin, Joey, and Cade who helped serve Lazarus House guests last Friday.

Pee Wee Cheer Clinic

The WCA Cheer Team will be hosting a cheer clinic for children age 5-10 years old. The event will be on Saturday, October 26, 8:30-10"30am in the Wildwood Catholic Academy gymnasium.

Attendees should come dressed in comfortable clothing and sneakers.
