8th Grade Student-Athletes are Celebrated
LOWER LEVEL ATHLETICS UPDATE
8TH GRADE
We celebrated our 8th grade basketball program student-athletes before their games against Bishop McHugh. Congratulations to everyone on their hard work over the years and thank you parents for your support and dedication.
2ND & 3RD GRADE CHEER
Our second and third grade cheer team did an amazing job at our last grammar school basketball game. Their enthusiasm and spirit were a joy to watch and added an additional level of excitement to the game. We applaud the girls for their hard work and incredible performance!
The high school cheerleaders had some help from the 2nd and 3rd graders at the basketball game this week.

WCA Swim Team Wins First Round in Playoffs
The WCA swim team defeated Gloucester Catholic High School in the first round of the state playoffs. They have advanced to round two against Notre Dame High School to be held today at 6:30pm. Congratulations to all of the swimmers and best of luck in round two!
Boys Basketball Team Recognizes Seniors
We celebrated our seniors on the boys basketball team before their game against Mainland. Our seniors are: Jack Belisario, Tayshaun Jackson, Keynan Alston, Ryan McGrath, Riley Powell, Nahseer Ruiz, and Chase Critchfield (who could not attend). We are so proud of these boys for all they have accomplished on the court. This season they are currently 13-4, which makes it our best season since 2020! Congratulations on all your accomplishments and on a great season thus far. Senior night ended on a high note with us winning 67-62!!
Pink Out Night in Honor of Mary Kane
On behalf of the Wildwood Catholic Academy community, we want to extend a heartfelt thank you to everyone who donated to the Susan G. Komen Foundation during our Pink Out Night in honor of Mary Kane. Your generosity and support mean so much in the fight against breast cancer, and we are truly grateful for each and every contribution. Mary’s strength and spirit continue to inspire us, and your kindness helps make a difference for those battling this disease. Together, we are spreading awareness, hope, and support.

Last week our high school had an unforgettable day with electric energy as students performed epic renditions of their favorite hits. A big shoutout to the performers for rocking the stage and to our audience for making the event even more fun!
