Upper School Updates

Sophomore Class Retreat

Last week the sophomore class attened their annual retreat. They were guided throughout the day by the Leader of Campus Ministry at Rowan University, Mrs. Kari Janisse and her assistants. Kari and her team commented on the maturity and respectful behavior of our students.

Isabella Smith (photo left) has been accepted to Tufts University highly selective pre-medical summer program. This mini-med school is a summer intensive that provides students who are interested in medical school the opportunity to study with one of the nation’s leading medical schools: Tufts University School of Medicine.

Maggie Farrell (photo right) has been accepted to a three-day experience at the U.S. Naval Academy. The program is designed to expose potential candidates to all facets of life as a Midshipman, and offers a unique opportunity to sample university level academics at USNA. 

Shakespeare in Style!

Our juniors and seniors took a well-deserved break from studying Macbeth and Hamlet to get creative by decorating their own crowns. The students had a fantastic time designing and wearing their masterpiece while bringing Shakespeare’s plays to life through acting.
