Job Description
  • Administrative Assistant to the Principal on all school matters.
  • Acts as main liaison to multiple school groups including but not limited to: Diocese of Camden personnel, WCA Parent Association, local supporting entities of WCA & marketing team for WCA.
  • Manages human resource related files.
  • Manages multiple office functions that affects day to day school operations.
  • Participates in annual planning for office and school efficiency.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher.

Job Description
Responsibilities: Provides instruction to identified pupils in accordance with the district's entrance and exit requirements for Basic Skills Intervention Program
  • Works cooperative with the classroom teaching staff to coordinate instructional activities and to monitor the progress of each pupil and provides support instruction in the regular classroom or resource time as assigned
  • Establishes and maintains standards of pupil behavior needed to achieve a classroom climate conducive to learning
  • Develop lesson plans and instructional material and provides individualized and small group instruction to meet the needs of each pupil
  • Consults with classroom teachers and administration regarding each pupil's education program,academic progress and personal growth
  • Communicates with parents through conferences and other means to inform them about the school program and to discuss pupil progress

Director of Enrollment and Advancement
Job Description

Responsibilities: The Director of Enrollment and Advancement reports to the principal and is responsible for the planning, management, implementation and evaluation of the enrollment management (retention and recruitment) and advancement (development) efforts at Wildwood Catholic Academy. The Director works closely on a daily basis with the principal/vice-principals. He/she is primarily responsible for:

ENROLLMENT:
  • Planning, managing and executing school marketing efforts, in coordination with 7 Mile Publishing, designed to recruit and retain students. This includes print and social media;
  • Managing data associated with enrollment (goal setting, building plans to meet those goals, effectively using volunteers, understanding retention rates and the impact of those on setting recruitment goals, understanding the financial implications associated with enrollment, etc.)
  • Planning of associated activities to include but are not limited to: Open houses; Campus visits, tours, shadows;
  • Coordination of re-registration with school offices;

ADVANCEMENT:
  • Play a role in the planning, developing and executing all development activities
  • Work with Administration and: Parent Teacher Association, and possibly Alumni Association, Athletic Association, etc; to ensure overall fundraising in the school is consistent and organized.
  • Help to continue to create presence within local and extended community through community outreach efforts. To possibly include, but not limited to, chamber of commerce, parish bulletin presence, ensure exposure at community festivals, press releases and content development ideas (with 7 mile publishing)
  • Help foster Catholic Identity within the school.
 
In addition to the above the director works on: constituent relations, engaging volunteers when needed, working with school board and pastor, managing data, generating reports and analyzing data to help make decisions. The Director must support the mission of Notre Dame de la Mer Parish and Wildwood Catholic Academy.
